Knecht Energietechnik has been an innovative partner for photovoltaic systems in the Mainhausen, Seligenstadt region, and beyond for 18 years.
What started in 2006 as a sole proprietorship by Joachim Knecht has continuously developed and is now an established company under the name Knecht Energietechnik GmbH.
Together with partners and engineers Sascha Weckesser and Peng Zhang, who bring both technical expertise and commercial know-how, the company is taking the next step to drive the energy transition forward.

Although Knecht Energietechnik GmbH was only founded in 2023, we bring 18 years of industry experience. The decision to continue as a GmbH enables us to leverage and expand our established values and expertise more effectively—without losing our long-standing experience and regional roots.
A key focus is reducing consumption and minimizing peak loads to lower energy costs sustainably. We rely on tailor-made solutions that are both ecological and economical.
